Our Contract
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods.

Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled and you will receive a full refund from Eat mi.

Website availability
Eat mi does not provide any guarantee regarding the Website performance or availability. The website may be unavailable from time to time due to unexpected issues or due to scheduled maintenance and/or upgrades. As such, delays or errors in transmitting data between you and the Website, including Orders, might occurs from time to time, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law, Eat mi will not be liable for any loss that would occur as a result.

Payment
All online card payments are fully managed by our payment gateway provider, Stripe. As such, credit card information provided by you are fully managed by Stripe, and as such, no payment information is stored in the Website.
Your card will be debited by stripe in order to complete the order process. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase.

Pickup Service
Pickup in Eat mi restaurant is one of the option that can be selected on the Website obtain the food purchased. Eat mi will use reasonable endeavour to get the order ready to be picked up at the desired date & time. No refund shall be requested by customer in case the food is not ready for pick up at the desired pickup up time.

Delivery Service
From time to time, some options to deliver order might be proposed on the website, under specific conditions. The process and the conditions for this delivery option will be detailed during the checkout process, and might be available for an extra fee. If delivery option is selected, Eat mi will use reasonable endeavour to get the order delivered up at the desired date & time. No refund shall be requested by customer in case the food is not delivered at the desired time.

Order cancellation and amendments
Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund.
Please contact the restaurant as soon as possible after the confirmation order in case a change in the order is required. Eat mi will use reasonable endeavours to assist.

We employ the use of cookies. By using eatmi.co.nz website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with its privacy policy. Cookies are used in some areas of our site to enable the functionality of this area and ease of use for those people visiting. Some of our affiliate / advertising partners may also use cookies.
